Decent Stay Near Oxford Street
great location early check-in tiny room low ceiling
The location is great! It's a quick walk to Oxford Street and Hyde Park. The staff were lovely. They let us check in early, a big help.
The room was really tiny, there was barely any space for luggage. The ceiling felt low. I bumped my head a couple of times, which wasn't fun.

a decent stay overall
great location clean room friendly staff top floor small room faulty fan
the location was good, i could easily reach places i wanted. the room was clean, it felt fresh after a long day. the staff were friendly, their smiles were a welcome sight.
my room was on the top floor, it was quite a climb without a lift. the room was smaller than expected, moving around was tricky. the fan was barely attached to the wall, it didn't help much with the heat.

lovely stay near marble arch!
great location friendly staff clean room
i found the location convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were kind. they stored my luggage after checkout until my evening departure. also, i was very happy with the cleanliness. the room felt fresh and inviting.
the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax completely at times.

i was charmed with my accommodation! the room was very clean. the shower sparkled, and the room had a working tv. there was a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities available. the provided fan was useful.
The room was really tiny, and i bumped my head a few times because of the low ceilings.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful . They were so friendly and couldn't do enough, they even allowed me to have my room early. I was always treated with a smile.

the location WAS acceptable , close to hyde park.
the room was small. it barely fit the bed , and there was nowhere to put my luggage. i also kept hearing noises from the street ALL night, unfortunate. i definitely needed earplugs.
